For the first time in six years, adidas Basketball will once again host adidas Eurocamp. For those who may not know, adidas Eurocamp is the only officially sanctioned NBA pre-draft camp outside of the United States.
The most elite draft-eligible athletes from around the world will be coached by current pro coaches and players, with the opportunity of a breakout pro basketball career on the line. With the debut of its inaugural Girls Camp, this year’s Eurocamp will be the first time that female athletes will be featured in the multi-day scouting program, marking adidas’ commitment to inclusivity in sport.
adidas Eurocamp is a melting pot for the most skilled hoopers from Europe, North America and Asia to demonstrate their talents. It has produced more than 150 former and current NBA and EuroLeague players over its past 15 editions.
NBA and EuroLeague team personnel, coaches, scouts and agents will be in attendance, including: Bill Bayno (Assistant Coach, Detroit Pistons & Eurocamp Coaching Director), Gianluca Pascucci (NBA Executive & Eurocamp Scouting Director), Hailey Van Lith (Point Guard, LSU Tigers), Bennedict Mathurin (Shooting Guard, Indiana Pacers), Jabari Smith (Power Forward, Houston Rockets).
