Like the 4-series and 7-series, the latest BMW 5-series has an electric spinoff. It’s called the 2024 BMW i5, and it will come in two versions, a rear-drive eDrive40 and an all-wheel-drive M60 xDrive. There will be gas versions of the luxury sedan as well, called 530i and 540i.
